Method of Shipment: Standard shipping will be shipped by the least expensive GROUND using USPS Priority, First Class Mail, parcel post or standard mail. The standard shipping method is exclusively determined by Got Vacuums based on the size and weight of the package and the most affordable method of ground shipping, unless the customer wants to pay for overnight. Need to speed up the delivery, give us a call. We will ship Fed Ex or UPS.
Next Day Shipping: If you need the item delivered the next day please call 1-888-588-3040 . If at all possible, we would be glad to assist you with a special shipping arrangement. We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship UPS to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs, due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to those locations. Arrangements can be made using USPS. There will be additional shipping charges to orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Undeliverable Address: If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address, we will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges.
Damage and Shipping Shortage All package shortage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your package. We will not process any shortage claims after 3 business days of receipt. To file a damage claim or package shortage claim email us by using our web contact form. Be sure to include the same email address used to place the order and include your order number. For your security, we cannot respond to email addresses other than the one used when the order was placed.
GOT VACUUMS LLC RETURN POLICY: We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase however, we do not want you to keep the item if you are not happy with it. In that case, simply inform us in writing, within 3 business days, return the item in its original condition within ten days after the delivery confirmation date and we will promptly refund the purchase price less the shipping costs. We suggest you insure the product since we do not accept damaged packages. Gotvacuums LLC is not responsible for loss of packages due to theft, weather conditions, or any other mishaps that may occur when a package is delivered without your presence. It is the consumer’s responsibility to be sure the package is being delivered to a safe location protected from weather and other elements that may damage the package. Vacshack.com Inc. will not be held responsible to what happens to your package or products once it has been delivered to your home or place of employment.
Most of our items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Also, insurance is available on any item for an additional charge. We encourage you to purchase optional insurance. We are not responsible for any item or items after they have been shipped. Any insurance placed on an item is placed on the item to protect you the purchaser. If your item is damaged during Shipment, it is the purchaser's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping service provider.
